How to Order
    We are a wholesale distributor and only sell to our approved wholesale accounts.

    We do not sell to the general public.

    (1) Registration: Please click on the ˇ°Registerˇ± button to open an online account with us. If you are already a customer, you can use your existing name with us as the company name. After you register, weˇŻll go through your form, and our staff will call you. WeˇŻll activate your account as soon as you account is approved. An email message will be sent to your mail box.

    (2) Online Order: Use only Internet Explorer as the web browser. Use your email address as your login ID and your setup password to login. Navigate the site to place your order.

    (3) Sales Confirmation: All orders are subject to approval. You can see your order status via ˇ°My Orderˇ±. Your confirmed order may be different from your original order in case of a stock shortage. Our sales will contact you before any short order is confirmed.

    (4) Shipping: We ship via UPS. Orders are shipped via UPS ground in general. Please specify if expedited delivery is required.

    (5) Payment: Payment term is account specific. Please call your assigned sales rep if you have any questions, before you place any order.
